Full-Time Sales Administrator – July 24

Summary:

 Do you have experience of sales administration within the interior design industry?  Would you welcome the opportunity to be part of a creative team delivering immaculate statement lighting to interior designers world-wide?  Then this position could be for you!

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to join our team.

 You will be responsible for delivering Tigermoth’s quarterly sales targets by:

  1. answering client’s telephone and email enquiries, producing quotations and processing orders
  2. offering expert advice on Tigermoth’s collection
  3. updating our CRM system with business critical information about contact with each trade account.
  4. offering follow ups and account check-ins using the CRM system
  5. hosting showroom visitors, maintaining the showroom in immaculate condition
  6. running the sampling process
  7. creation of content for social media, especially at events
  8. co-ordinating with our workshop team to ensure excellent client communication post sales
  9. supporting business development activities

You’ll be right for this position if you are highly methodical and ogranised, with a strong client focus.  Your job role will be varied and interesting, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills.  Tigermoth is growing and there will be opportunities to grow your position with the business as time goes by.

Based at our showroom at 216 Design Centre East in Chelsea Harbour, this position is 9:30am – 5:30am five days per week, an immediate start is available.

Salary £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Assembly Technician Apprentice- September 24

Do you enjoy working with your hands? Would you thrive in a highly creative environment? Our
Pangbourne workshop has an opportunity to join our friendly team and be involved with our light
making process.

Your key responsibility will involve the assembly of our lights to an excellent quality standard. You will primarily be involved with the electrical wiring of lighting.  Our lights are individually hand-crafted and your attention to detail and diligence during production will
be of the utmost importance. Due to the large variety of our lights and different aspects of their
production the work will be varied and interesting.

Full training, tools, and safety equipment will be provided.

This role also involves:

– helping to manage stock levels of crystal, chain and other materials
– assisting with projects such as exhibitions and photo shoots
– checking and signing for deliveries; ensuring orders are dispatched on time
