Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator – February 24

Do you have experience of sales and marketing in the interior design industry? Would you welcome the opportunity to be part of a creative team delivering immaculate statement lighting to interior designers world-wide? Then this position could be for you!

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to join our team. With experience of sales / account management in the interiors industry, you will be organised and self-starting, and adaptable. Reporting to our Showroom Manager, your job role will be varied and interesting, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • answering client’s telephone and email enquiries, producing quotations and processing orders
  • offering expert advice on Tigermoth’s collection
  • nurturing relationships with key clients, updating our CRM system with business critical information about contact with each trade account.
  • offering follow ups
  • hosting showroom visitors and shows
  • marketing and event support
  • sales – production liaison, including responsibility for sampling
  • sales agent / distributor coordination
  • prospecting
  • Creating visualisations of standard products in clients space

You’ll be right for this position if you are a pro-active and client-focused person with a proven track record of supporting design trade clients in a showroom environment.

A permanent full-time position Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm

You will report in to our Showroom Manager and will be supported through a full 6-month training programme.

Salary £30,000 – £40,000 plus bonus, based on experience.
