Showroom Sales Coordinator – Chelsea Harbour, London

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to join our team.  You’ll be right for this position if you are highly methodical and ogranised, with a strong client focus.  Your job role will be varied and interesting, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills.  Tigermoth is growing and there will be opportunities to grow your position with the business as time goes by.

You will be responsible for delivering Tigermoth’s quarterly sales targets by:

  • answering client’s telephone and email enquiries, producing quotations and processing orders
  • offering expert advice on Tigermoth’s collection
  • updating our CRM system with business critical information about contact with each trade account.
  • offering follow ups using the CRM system
  • hosting showroom visitors, maintaining the showroom in immaculate condition
  • co-ordinating with our workshop team to ensure excellent client communication post sales
  • managing our trade accounts in London and the home counties

 

Based at our showroom at 216 Design Centre East in Chelsea Harbour, this position is 9:30am – 5:30am five days per week.

Salary £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are fully staffed at our Pangbourne Workshop
